Solo K Owners With Part Time Employees, You Have to Offer the 401K Plan
A new law passed a couple of years ago said that if you have part time employees, you have to include them in the plan. Now they're flipping it and saying now they automatically participate unless they opt out. It's going to help people save more actually. For those that can't afford it or don't want to, they can affirmatively opt out.
