We built a model saying, okay, the investors get 100% of the cash flow. We expect this will be a five year deal. In that five years, you'll make 1.75x. So if you invest a few hundred thousand dollars, you get 175,000 back. You get 100% bonus depreciation at the end of five years. And then we get paid out after that.
