The Bulletin of the atomic sciences are really doing amazing things but I guess I kind of conceptualized the doomsday clock is more of a kind of I don't know like art project or advocacy projects. So they reset it regularly as well so it's not like it's actually going back and forth kind of unpredictably. But then it's quite obvious that when they gather to decide what to do with the clock they don't use those numbers to define that you know it should go by up by 3.4 seconds because of these metrics They just kind of discuss itI don't know exactly how and they decide how much to go on.
