If you modularize it too soon, you have to draw boundaries around the various components. And that's why modularizing toson is often a drawback. But once youv figured out where the appropriate boundaries are, then you can pull things apart and say, ok, this is the way things are going to talk to each other. i'll focus on my bit, and you focus on your bit.
