Empathy Is a Soft Skill

Yor, empathy runs pretty deep from it's just as part of the fabric of who i am. As i've gotten older, i've just learned that tat's actually a tool, not a hindrance. Sometimes i absorb too much of the energy around me, and i'm likei can't do this. But, but honestly, thinking about it through some one else's eyes, i wish that more people had that skill. It really is a soft skill that we don't talk about often enough. And there should probably be a way to incorporate that into the interview process.
