And so really being able to get a good handle and an assessment n on your recovery status is the most critical part of doing a good job of managing your training. So i'm going to talk about sort of what i don't like about the technology for monitoring recovery that's out there right now, and why. And what my experience has been using it, and also what some of my favorite tools are for analyzing recovery status.
