Is There Anything That You Would Like to Try?

I wish i would have had very clear team berds on what expectations are and what it's going to look like. I also wish we would have used a c m. We had one with our brokerage, just no one used it. It was notes on phones, it was an excel sheet somewhere. And it's insane we were able to do as well as we did without having one. Ah, but now they do team huddles monday through thursday. They id check where they're out on their like theres c r m. Are they making the calls they need to? So it's all stuff that i've learned over time.
