A lot of things that kirk has had conversations with on the show have been around some sort of a passive investment. People love to talk about real estate as a passive investment, but i would argue it's never a Passive Investment. And if you're dealing with thes owners of these properties that are already in significant potential financial trouble, you have to work within regulations and a lot of effort to eventually collect on the money that you're investing to return. So we did a lot of research, found out a lot of really interesting stuff. This is kind of what we learnt, what we decided was. We said, all right, we want to do this.
