Steven Segal's Deacon Frost

Steven Dorff as Deacon Frost is better than mediocre. I found him delightfully fun as the villain in this. Something always felt a little lacking for me in this character, not bashing the performance at all. He's hilariously inept at dealing with any internal threats, clearly. The old establishment doesn't really know what to do with him.
