The SEC's Aggressiveness in the Case of Coinbase
The good news is that there will be regulatory clarity here at some point. The bad news is that it could take a while. It's also notable that the SEC hasn't been as aggressive in the case of Coinbase. Their shares have fallen about 20% since the case came out.
