The Impact of Globalization on Inequality
Globalization should be distinguished in well three three way distinction. Financial globalization, trade in goods, and third of shoring. So offshoring is actually quite important, but it's actually smaller in the set of industries and tasks that it affects than automation in offices and automation on factory lines. But off shoring works very similar to automation, and it has similar effects.
