The Operating Aspects of Executive Compensation

It's really difficult to see the value of a human decision making to be that high, especially we can actually demonstrably show machines actually make decisions for better than humans in many cases. So I think the operating aspects of this is still any problem. Maybe why has income inequality increased so much rather than wealth inequality?
