The wall drill is a good one, especially if people are running in a group or on a team. If you're an overstrider, what we can do is put a piece of tape on the ground where your feet land. It's just a great way to get people to learn the movement pattern that we're asking them to do and slowing it down. I think these different drills aren't like marching drills because everyone loves skips and bounding around.
