Playtica's stock also rose when it was announced that the deal wasn't going through, which maybe is the opposite of what some people would expect. Playtica's net debt right now of $1.6 billion is already like 40% of its market cap. So any big deals put a bit more financial strain on Playtica. And as we've seen in the past with Playtica, they haven't exactly created the best track record for M&A and integrating studios.
