Ayurveda - Vegan or Vegetarian?

Some people with a sympathetic dominant nervous system do okay on an extremely plant-based diet. But that doesn't mean it's universally generalizable um ethically totally the way to go. If you are having irregular periods and you're anxious, vegan diets probably not working for your constitution but if you suddenly feel clarity and lightness then they could be helpful. It's like anybody who's just eating more vegetables and less processed food feels better so take your pick up the whole buffet of different tribes.
