In our sector, we're still on the foothills of embracing digital technologies for running businesses. But I do think in some other sectors, like distribution warehouses, there are videos of robots doing all of the picking and putting all of the products into boxes. If you're not efficient and communicate well, people just dance off down the road somewhere else. So it's quite a big challenge to employers to up their game - technology can play a part there.
