Alex Moshinsky's Arrest in the SEC
Alex Moshinsky has been charged with securities fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy to manipulate the price of the sell token. Charges have been brought by DOJ, SEC, CFTC. There's still a couple bad actors outstanding though. I think the wheels of justice are turning. They turn slow and they're not. The grind extremely fine.
