Are There Ways to Be More Selfless Without Children?

Having children is such a powerful thing. There's so much room for maturity in growth. And having children gives you a purpose that is beyond yourself. But i think it would be silly to right off the potential for a lack of purpose as an adult without children. Am i saying that adults who don't have children have no purpose? Absolutely not. am i saying that there are some adults that didn't have children that are now at a loss, trying to figure out what their purpose is? I am says that there are adults like that.
