Is Gensler a Security?
The SEC has said that any ERC 20 token in my view says Gensler is a security. And I think the efforts of the industry have been how do we structure our token offerings in a way that, you know, complies with or does that so that it does not constitute a security? Is it is it sufficiently decentralized? Is it not being offered as an investment opportunity? Are we creating distance between the issuer of the token and the pool of assets that gets created through? Those are all really good questions.
