It's Really Healthy to Let Your Anger Exist

There are safe and healthy ways to process your anger. But how to best vent it is away from a person when they are attempting to gaslight you. Stress suppresses immune function, over time that's not good for us because it activates or deactivates genes. And so if you think of yourself as someone who is chronically nice, I want you to just notice that and work on ways to validate when you feel anger.
