Since we last spoke, it feels like there's a lot of exciting stuff happening on your end. Just love to kind of get caught up from your first-hand perspective. We obviously announced our intention to acquire Twilio's IoT business. The transaction is not closed to be on track, however, at least where I stand today, to close on June 1.
