Oil Prices Are Getting Closer to the Point Where the US Government Will Start Filling or Refilling?
Oil prices have come down, but it's a bit of a different environment to prior pullbacks in oil prices. OPEC just had their meeting on Sunday, decided to roll over the cuts. And also, we're going to see WTI prices entering the range at which the US government will start filling or refilling rather in this strategic petroleum reserve.
