How to Master Qualitative Insights

The three, three things that i focus on with the objective of creating what i call an unfair competitive advantage over a long period of time. Number one is insights. What i mean by that is insights from customers, in insights from your team and insights from the market. And because of the way that we source the insights, that we're actually going to build something completely different than what anyone else is building. The thing that i think is the major unlock is figuring out how to how to master qualitative insights.
