The myth of mental illness we didn't know too much about it and so I think Thorazine was the first anti-psychotic that came out in the 1950s. That was a very also pivotal movement in the deinstitutionalization of people who historically have been able to be seen as like they just will always need to live in some type of facility. It definitely had an impact on our homeless and jail population is there any movement back in the other direction at all?
