Is the Theory That the Human Chin Evolved Through Natural Selection Falsifiable?

Fossil record shows that at different times the biological world has been exemplified by different organisms. We can specify refuting observations that would have led to the theory being rejected. But that does not mean the theory is not falsifiable, but only that it is not yet falsified.
