The Uniqueness of High School Practices
There's only three of us so we have to be really planned out. The one thing that we can't stand is downtown. I've seen too many high school practices where you get a lot of kids standing around while you're focusing on these other kids. So we've been real creative so we break up our periods and do pass rush period twice a week for the offensive line. We'll do an inside run period but at the same time we'll have a skeleton period like maybe I'm notMaybe I don't have a defensive bag that can run against them but they'll be running roots. And then I let my defense coordinator just do whatever he wants he can make as many twists,
