The Rise of Office Rates in the Northeast

Scott Rechler: We've seen all the speculation about commercial real estate, rising rates with empty offices. The rate stocks though are seeing a very strong month here. Vornado, Hudson Pacific, SL Green, they all see big returns this month. He says some buildings will do better than others in that circumstance. But I would have a high degree of confidence that we're finding our way to that new normal.
