Do You Think the Bill of Rights Will Get Through Parliament?

Gosa: I don't think it's as radical as people are suggesting. It is a proper attempt to try and insure that there is a codified balance on two levels. First of all, between the rule of our own supreme court and our courts. Secondly, it's seeking to codify the relationship between our own courts and parliament. And you know, no doubt there will be some amendments to it.
