Many companies that have venture backwards don't have independent directors. If your board's in your day to day or even if one of your board members is inyour day to day, then something else is wrong. There are moments in time where a board member might get involved more actively in different aspects of the company. But defining those boundaries clearly are important. Maybe they should be part of the day to day team.
