The Only Way to Stop Things From Moving Is to Turn Reduced Motion On
A friend of the show, mister underscore, looked into this for me. He basically posted in read it what i considered to be the categorical proof of how this stuff works. Basically, he settled it as this: If you have re used motion as off, things will move around no matter what you do with perspective zoom. The only way you can stop everything from moving is by turning reduced motion on. And but then perspective zoom, it doesn't even matter. Perspective zoom does nothing to turn and produce motion on wall paper doesn't move. Icons won't move. You can aligne perfectly. But if you have reduced motion turned off, no matter whatyou do, stuff
