I believe Vingigard's descending is better than Pigatua. I also believe that you can indeed gain time if you're viewing on that descent, but there's also the factored at on top on the plateau section. The right of that drops on the climb for me will lose time on the plateau on top because we're not talking about an M. Quavenpool versus Quintana here. These riders are relatively okay similar on flat sections. It's not a major difference. So to plan as the place where if you want to win the tour, you need to try and take more time.
