In the traditions of christian culture, where i first came to faith and was learning what it means to follow jesus. The ideal way to engage the bible is by yourself in a quiet period,. usually in the morning, ye on your couch, on your couch. Ccap journal, quiet time, quiet time. And that's great. Y am not critiquing it, a saying that was my go to one, the one way to engagement the bible. Really, that has not been the case throughout most of church history. But maybe there are strength to those other waysy that our cultura setting s icn missing out on.
