Blackstone's private credit fund has about $50 billion under management, but compared to the total size of Blackstone, as we say, one trillion. The bank lending system for these companies involves like chopping up the debt and selling it onto a million people. And who do you talk to and your debts trading up and down on public markets? It's quite messy with a private loan.
