The Library of Congress' Decision to Archive Tweets

The library was unable by their own admission to cope with the just the sheer mass of tweets. So instead they decided just to collect and archive some of the more you know notable tweets from notable personalities or I guess one's perhaps that were associated with certain cultural events or historical events like the Arab Spring. All of our official I heart things and this is on Twitter already so now the Library of Congress will have to keep track of all of our official business communications that we're doing via Twitter now.
