We need to build some awareness around what's actually going on in our mind. Being able to identify what is going to work for you and what is not can help you really just like say you have that tempo run and you're freaking out. You can start to identify when did you start thinking about the tempo run. And then we kind of branch out into all the different skills from there but that that's going to really underlie everything else. When is it really a good time for somebody to get some extra help because what they're doing is not working for them.
