Customer doesn't view themselves as a segment tat is using the product to fulfil some kind of perceived need at the time, and willing to exchange money in order to do that. So i think as there there are lots of problems like that. We where segmentation is useful. The officer comes up in markting a lot, where they go, or we don't have his own limint and budget. It happens to both ands. I think the problem you describe as there's actually both ends of the spectrum of that problem. And a ithink it's interesting.
