How to Track Calories and Lose Weight
It's more than difficult to track calories and lose weight by tracking calories. I would say it's pretty much impossible for almost everybody to do. If you eat higher satiety foods, foods that you know are going to make you feel satiety, then you may not need to track your calories. You're going to end up in the right place anyway. As long as we eat foods that we're adapted to, we will want to stop when we have had enough.
