Anton: The more proximal the laceration, the more likely a tendon is going to get retracted when it's completely cut. Anton: If you can go find the tendon and grab the end gently, pull it out and tag it with a suture, it makes life much easier for everyone in the operating room. Antony: Buy one of those little headlamps at like a dollar store and you'll have great lighting.
