You have to start delegating the low skilled aspects of the job first lookat, looking at the big picture. It's easy to think that there's no way someone who me could do the required tasks here. But when you start to break it down and you really think about the actual tasks you will be asking of them, it often paints a totally different picture. So i'll gve you another example here of what exactly i mean. I've a friend who's a loan officer, and business is booming for him. He works 70 hours a week, and he's doing great.
