How to Block Internal Focus in Depressed People

Depressed people have extreme internal focus all the time. They ruminate so much that their brain is just at their empathy, you know, there's not even thinking more. So in order to kind of block this internal focus, you do attention training where you force their attention external. And by doing that three times a day, we have research saying that you can actually pull people from an extremely low very, very severe depression to a moderate one. That's really impressive.
