There was a lot of wins and fails today. And it all points to the fact that there is a leadership crisis, but there's also a lot of good in the world. We want to make sure to call out as a leader, you are going to fail. The more that you are getting out in front of your team, the more mistakes that you're going to happen. But that doesn't mean that you shouldn't do it. So leaders are going to have wins and they're going to have fails. But that's just part of leadership. Yeah, and we've obviously covered 2022.
