What Can We Make of What Biden Is Doing and What Congress Is Proposing?
CNN's John Sutter takes a look at what the White House is doing on climate change. The president announced 300 billion dollars in subsidies for nuclear energy, but that doesn't go far enough he says. He could also suspend off shore drilling and curtail or block crude exports to countries like russia who depend on Russia for their oil. But i think his potential emergency declaration, which people are debating, is the most significant here.
