The Importance of Scaling Up a Company
At Heroku, I saw quite a range of both company scales and teams because I sort of bounced around within the company. And then later at Stripe, that was a larger company. So I got more experienced with more involved and necessarily complicated planning processes. For me, the biggest, well, even company I've been a part of is around 100 people.
