Building Your Own Research Process

I used to take my own notes, right. And after a while, because that's how other people did it, that's how I knew some people were doing it. They were like, yeah, that's fine, whatever. After a while, I was like, no, this isn't fine for me because it throws off my kind of flow. It throw to me, it throws off the participant. It can introduce some bias. If that person isn't asking questions in a super great way, and then I'm trying to backtrack the question and it's just a mess. Now what I do is I train stakeholders to take notes as well. So we all win. Right
