The Test of Fitness in a Kettle
He's trying to generate the test of fitness in a kettle. We kind of know but like how do you define that mathematically? He has done something which is very in keeping with mathematics and done a really extreme simplification of it. An exemplification which is as these things are far like grotesquely weird but it has allowed him to write an entire book on the subject. It's an application of a theory of evolution where God doesn't exist but for the purposes of designing a kettle God does exist. And his theory is that it doesn't matter. I mean he even says if the person, if what the person is doing to fix the problem is completely random. Well it might not
