What Is the CII Optimizer and How Does It Work?

The way this regulation works it's actually a cumulative score and so the score you have on December 31st that's kind of what you get judged by. The challenge is let's say you're in March and you're currently at D and you're trying to figure out where you might end up at the end of the year. So we use artificial intelligence to analyze the traffic patterns of that vessel to understand how that vessel is traded in the past, how that's changed based upon the season, and also how we think it's going to change moving forward. And from that we come up with essentially a heat map of here's how we think that vessel might behave throughout the remainder of the year
