The Application Pipeline Is the Only Thing That Should Be Included in Local Development Environments

i agree that this application pipe line is the only thing that should be able to deploy to an environment, i hateit that local development environments are really not included in in a lot of these things like it. And i trying to run stuff locally too. It gets big. You know, you're trying to work on a web site, and now you're installing at, you two different data,. we did a survey, right? Like two different data bases, at least one middle tier, some of the servicesand its just, it's unwildy.
