The Importance of Sex in Queer Theory
Gender would best be described in my opinion as something called tertiary sex characteristics. This doesn't negate the fact that your sex is still your sex and your secondary sex characteristics are still actually observable. They're just distributed a little more broadly. The whole gender unicorn thing we just covered, that whole thing, the gender bread person stuff, that was in number one, that's not even this. And then stereotypes and inequality, including self stigmatization, that's what they're going to cover in gender. Second, and I don't want to bog this down because I do want to get to this paper.
