How to Make Frozen Vegetables

I'm not looking to lose weight anymore. Like I've achieved my goal weight and you'll find your goal weight as well. For me at work, I am not a gourmet chef. What I do is I just take three to four cups of vegetables and I bake them in a little toast oven. That's all. When they come out, I add olive oil and a little sea salt, sometimes some crack pepper. And then in my office, I add hemp hearts or chickpeas. "My everyday eating are lower calorie nutrient dense foods," she says.
