We Shouldn't Do This Yet.
A decoy city was built about 20 miles east of the city of richmond. It was intended to bea decoy in case of a night time bombing, run by an enemy coming in from the atlantic ocean. This was during world war one, so no one had the access to intel or satellite visibility that is so common to day. But what i did find is a decoy air base that was acted for real, fairly close to an airport in richmond, in henrico county.
